Bulk pricing begins at 50 units. Orders below 50 units can be placed directly through our online store, which sells the product as single units. For orders of 50 or more units, please submit a quote request using the form on this page.
Yes. We offer NET 30 invoicing for qualifying government agencies, universities, and established nonprofit organizations. Purchase orders are accepted for orders of 100 units or more. Please indicate your preferred payment structure in the quote request form and we'll accommodate accordingly.
We can accommodate tax-exempt orders for qualifying organizations. Please submit your tax-exempt certificate (e.g., state sales tax exemption letter, 501(c)(3) determination letter, or government entity documentation) when you confirm your order via email. We'll apply the exemption and issue a corrected invoice before final payment is due.
Yes, we offer the ability to print a logo on the keychain case and customize the info card on the inside of the packaging with your organization's information and resources. Only orders over 500 units are eligible for customization, and require a 90 day lead time to deliver. Please request a quote using the form above or send us your inquiry details to get the customization process started.
Standard bulk orders ship within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation from our US fulfillment center. Expedited shipping is available upon request. All bulk shipments include tracking. For very large orders (1,000+ units), we can discuss staged delivery to accommodate your program's rollout schedule.
